9:00 AM: Ensure Quality and Safety

We start our day in the laboratory, conducting rigorous tests on each component, including extraction tests for safety, lifespan tests for reliability, and contaminant removal tests for effectiveness. Samples of incoming materials are tested to ensure they meet our high standards before being transferred to the production line for assembly.

10:00 AM: Perfect the Taste

We move on to a blind taste test of 10 cups of water, including one tap water sample, which is quickly identified. Although we’ve conducted countless safety and effectiveness tests, this one is purely for taste. We aim to provide water that is not only safe and clean but also delicious—water we trust and truly enjoy.

1:00 PM: Improve Instructions

In our last meeting, we heard feedback about the unclear filter replacement video. We rewrote the script, reshot the video, and now it's much clearer! We also added a QR code on the filter for easy access. Customers used to feel frustrated when they lost the manual and couldn’t reset the filter. We hope this improvement solves that problem because our customers’ words matter to us.

3:00 PM: Design with Feedback

At the new product development meeting, we gather feedback from real-world volunteers testing our upcoming product. We collected 200 surveys, leading to several adjustments: designing a filter wrench for easier replacement, lowering the beeping alert sound, creating a mineral filter to restore essential minerals lost in the RO process, and adding a UV light section to ensure cleaner water. Our design is truly for our customers and inspired by their needs.

5:00 PM: Resolve Issues

We collect and analyze cases to identify any unusual quality issues. Last week, we noticed a few cases of damaged packages upon arrival. Although we immediately replaced the products, it wasn’t a good experience for our customers. We reported this to the logistics partner, and this week, the number of similar cases dropped dramatically. We’re grateful to every customer who contacts us with feedback so we can improve.

6:00 PM: Send Off Our Best

A new batch of ROPOT units passes the water leakage tests. As we pack them for shipment and load them onto the truck, we cross our fingers and sincerely hope these ROPOT units provide their owners with clean, healthy water and become long-lasting partners. We will continue to support them every step of the way, ensuring they remain reliable and effective for years to come.
